📝 Responsabilidades

• Perform the sustainability assessments for every stage for DG’s (Decision Gate) of current projects, Operated and non-operated assets.
• Follow up on the corporate environmental strategy and requirements.
• Research and identify environmental best practices to be implemented in the BU.
• Create and develop an organization’s short- and long-term sustainability strategies.
• Research regulatory compliance requirements that impact company operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability programs, and when needed, recommending changes to close strategic gaps.
• Tracking sustainability strategies’ financial efficiency

🔍 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineer, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental.
• Master degree on Environmental or Sustainability (desired).
• Minimum 5 years in the field of Oil & Gas ideally in Project Development/Management or, Strategic Planning and/or Sustainability/ESG roles.
• Strong understanding of the E&P industry.
• Basic understanding of CSR and sustainability topics and its potential impact in new business opportunities.
