We are looking for an Architect with orientation in sustainability, for a profile that produces technical documents, have the capacity to review the technical work from other team members, has the capacity to lead a site construction, teach about technical staff to others, implement and execute the projects as they are design or look to achieve a great result similar to what was design, collaborate with the lead architects of the office, help assessing and developing business cases for the developer´s branch of the company (House flipping), respect the methodology of the company, not only IPS but the one in ARQUID which is the main goal.

📝 Responsabilidades

• Bioclimatic design strategies: envelopes, sustainable materials and constructive solutions, energy efficiency
• Set up a sustainability roadmap in early phases of a project and to identify key points, investments, actions and stakeholders in each phase
• Develop nZEB, low carbon approaches, Life Cycle Analysis.
• Develop quality control and plan Follow up.
• Develop reports according to requirements.
• Perform and produce technical information.
• Knowledge in ESG and European Applicable Regulations.
• Perform building climatic analysis with Design Builder, Open studio, Green Building Studio or similar.
• Lead authorities’ communication for permits and staff.

🔍 Requisitos

• Degree / certificate in Architecture with strong sustainable orientation.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or project phases.
• Fluid in English and French
• Fluent in Revit and BIM 6D
• Knowledge in passive construction
• Knowledge in ESG and European Applicable Regulations Travel availability.
• Open to 25% national mobility and 25% international mobility.
• Knowledge in BIM 6D and Revit.
• Experience in Bioclimatic design strategies.
• BREEAM / DGNB consultant (nice to have)
